Is it illegal to buy merchandise from a company that is not licensend for those products?

Hey everyone! I would like to buy and resell NFL,NBA,MLB, and NCAA jerseys. I have found a company that i can buy them from however, they mention that they are not licensed with Reebok (the company who’s logo is everywhere on the jersey). So the point is, can i buy those jerseys and then resell them even though the company is not licensed by Reebok? Thanks for everyone’s help. Also if it is possible, can you provide a legal document to show your answer? If not, thats ok too. Thanks again and HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!!

If that was the case, sounds like it might be illegal to buy from you, unless you can fork up a license.
